Its been quite a while since i could blog about a recent wedding, and to kick off Wedding Photography season ive got a real banger of a wedding to show you!
Martha & Dave originally contacted me to photograph their Cotswold Wedding. But like most 2020 weddings their plans got put on hold. They had a complete change of direction and eventually decided to get married near Martha's mums home in The Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides, i didnt want to get left behind so decided to cross the country via planes, trains and automobiles to get there - and im soooooo glad i did!
When i first set eyes on Marthas stunning floral dress by Willowby Watters and her dried flower bouquet from You Keep Me Wild i knew the day was going to be everything.
Martha and Daves beautiful chilled out ceremony was held on Scarista Beach, the most stunning blue sea & golden sand greeted me, seriously the most stunning backdrop for wedding photos with the rolling hills behind us - a complete dream.
Afterwards they headed for a small intimate ceremony with their nearest and dearest at Talla Na Mara, It was beautifully decorated with traditional Harris Tweed table runners, dried flowers and gorgeous wooden signage made by the brides talented bridesmaid from Wild Wood Designs Kg
Martha & Dave, I wish you both a lifetime of laughter, love and happiness.....and if you renew your vows, please dont forget me!
